Hi Herrin,
With due respect, I don’t agree with you that WP could be managed anywhere in the world. Try that in Mainland China and let me know whether you still hold such view.

HI Edmond, you are no doubt correct of course about mainland China being a place that does not allow certain things to happen that most of us in the West take for granted. WordPress certainly and obviously has the capacity to be operated anywhere that the underlying supporting conditions are present. Electricity, computer etc etc. Bottom line is it is a great way to create and maintain a website.
