New and revamped in version 2.6 the Dashboard gives you quick access to all your main links and resources.

This Screencast will give you an introduction to the Widgets page in the Design tab

Widgets are blocks of content that make up your sidebar or sidebars depending on the Theme you are using. To re-arrange the order of sidebar Widgets click and drag them then press Save.

Adding plugins will add more widgets. Explore more widgets on the WordPress website right here.

This short 4 minute training will give you a look at the tabs in the Manage menu in WordPress 2.6.
